We need to be able to restrict a technician from being able to clock in and out of a work order unless they are within a specific radius of the work location. This would allow us to make sure that we only charge our customer unless the technician is on site without having to verify the GPS location manually. Sites without an address would be exempt from this.

I do not feel this will work for our team. Our techs may start a call at a supply house, the previous job or our warehouse. Our customers pay the complete travel time on the service call. This will create more admin responsibilities to add the time back to the invoice.

This is a must have! But, need a way to set a few various permissions based on circumstances such as travel time, especially between jobs or for a warehouse individual who delivers materials and equipment to multiples of locations in a single day.
