Spectrum's receiving type lump sum for PO doesn't work for us because of the work that's being done. We've are entering lump sum by unit price receiving type to make it work but running into a problem. I've notice that it's not providing prior balance information on the AP Vendor Entry screen. However, it's still recording prior balances on the PO side. This is becoming a problem because It's not letting me know what's available left on specific lumps lines. In order to make sure I'm adding invoice to the correct lump sum line, I most close out and look at the PO to see prior amounts to see know the line's true balance. I'm providing of screen shots before entering invoice and after of both PO and AP side. You can see from the screen shots that prior balance on is not transferring over into AP, but it's showing up on PO side.
I did submit case for this, case number is 30524894 - case owner had the same issue and nothing could be done.

Bomgar with Jen. Background: They have unit price, one-step PO's with at least one line with a quantity of one and a lump sum unit price. They may have more than on "lump sum" line to break out the cost by phase. They also have several more detail PO lines with quantities and zero unit price. Problem: Jen cannot see the prior partial PO receipts in the AP Invoice details by line item, especially if the PO had more than one "lump sum" line. (The AP invoice header has the total PO receipt amount.) I tested this and got the same result. Other options: 1. Create PO's as Lump Sum in the Other Info button. They could attach the details in a document image. 2. Refer back to the PO to see receipts by line item for PO's with more than one lump sum line. They have entered an enhancement request.
