Other modules have the ability to make a job, customer or account as active, inactive or do not use. There is no way to mark a material contract inactive after the customer has finished the job. The customer material contract file becomes very cumbersome unless you delete old contracts. There should also be a expiration date listed on the main contract maintenance screen.
