Currently when charging time to a job set up with T+M rates, billing codes will only show up on timecard lines for regular, overtime or double time pay types. If you charge sick, vacation or holiday time to a T+M job and want to charge the customer for this time, you have to manually enter the biling code/rate. It will NOT flow automatically from the employee or union code.
If we are CHARGING sick, vacation or holiday time to a T+M job, then we'd like the billing code to flow through automatically. We would prefer the system not second guess our intent. If we didn't want to charge the job, we'd charge to an indirect or overhead account, in which case the billing code wouldn't matter. If it's going to a job, we want to charge it!
