There are currently boxes on the main screen for inputting quoted price and hours. It would be beneficial to have additional boxes on the main screen for inputting Cost projections by GL codes (Labor, Equipment, Materials, Subcontractors, Other). Then, a report could be pulled that would instantly compare the estimated costs with the actual costs. This real-time tracking would be beneficial for project management, labor scheduling, and a leading indicator for project issues.
