We noticed that POs made from within the Service Tech App do not have taxes (e.g. GST in our case in Canada) automatically added to them. This means our AP individual has to check all the POs in Spectrum one by one to make sure GST is added in the invoice.
It would be a huge time saving if Service Tech created POs could do this automatically, similar to how Spectrum created POs have it.
