With large jobs with quite a few labor phases, we find it cumbersome to manually touch each labor phase to adjust the projected labor rate. We'd love to have a quicker way to handle this. This could be approached in one of two ways:
1. Provide a field titled "Composite labor rate" and an apply button that would then write that composite labor rate down into the projected cost entry screen's "To complete" column as the "labor rate" for any remaining costs. This would make it so that the project manager would not need to manually update each labor phase as it would automatically be written for them.
OR
2. When the build occurs, have the "To Complete" column default the labor rate to the Actual per hour labor rate unless there are no hours worked yet, in which case default the rate to the estimated per hour rate.
