Many vendors have longer legal names that we can fit in the vendor name field. To combat this, we have to place the rest of the truncated name that doesn't fit in the field in another place on the vendor record. For us, we place it in address 1 to work around it, but it would be much preferred to just be able to put the name where it should go.
