We would like PO detail lines to include an order date. We frequently have issues attempting to foot to a report that is date sensitive. If a PO is issued on 1/1/23 but then a large dollar amount is added as a new line to the PO on 6/1/23, all reports will show the full PO amount as if all PO lines were added on 1/1/23.
We would envision that reports like the PO Status report and Job Overview report would report open commitments based on date sensitivity. So if I run one of these reports through 5/31/23 (for example), it's not going to pick up that 6/1/23 line item that was added to the PO dated 1/1/23.
We have a lot of revisions to purchase orders and project managers don't understand why values on their reports are suddenly massively larger when they rerun a report from a prior month.
