RIGHT NOW IF I GO BACK AND PULL WC PER $100 REPORT FOR A PRIOR MONTH, THE REPORT DOESN'T PULL WITH THE RATES FOR THAT PERIOD, THE REPORT PULLS WITH THE UPDATED WC AND GL RATES THAT WE HAVE ENTERED FOR THE NEW INSURANCE CYLE

There is no rate history in WCB setup like there is for wages or union fringes. This also causes issue if the rate change happens in the middle of the week. It is old rate or new rate situation only.
