Automatic Invoicing - annotate in TC1 before sending to Spectrum

We have users who are trying out Automatic Invoicing and due to their SOX compliance processes have used Adobe in the past to annotate invoices when processing (using both dynamic stamps and text boxes from Adobe to annotate). This process would now occur with Automatic Invoicing at the point they are processing in TC1. Could that processing step in TC1 have annotation capabilities? This is where they should be signing off on the various changes they are making (like tax changes for instance).
