Cost Activity -> Commitments -> Open Commitments -> Subcontract Commitments. When viewing the subcontracts tied to a phase code there is no quick way to view the contract itself. You either have to go through the JTD and find an invoice tied to that contract and click the link there or open a subcontract tab and enter the number there. If the link on the invoice screen showed up on the subcontract screen life will be easier (at least mine :) Thanks for reading!
