I was informed the W-2 pulls data from HR Management this has created an issue when the employee doesn't have their full legal name entered.
Option to correct employee name and or address from HR Management without losing their signatures on the W-4 or I-9 or need to be able to choose where the name for the W-2 pulls from(I have been added their legal SS name to the Legal name section and apparently it doesn't even do anything.)
FYI: our employees do not use self-service yet so having them change their is not an option either.

What is the reason behind not implementing? The legal name on the W-2 is incorrect because of this and so we have to go through hundreds of W-2s and update each year this should pull from the Spectrum file name and not the HR Management name.
