Please stop making everything open in a new tab. For example, when you search for an employee and click their name in the results, it opens their profile in a new tab. Why? I don't need the search screen anymore, especially since there's a "switch" button at the top if I want to look at a different employee. This is just one of many examples. Actually, to even get to an employee's profile I have to open a minimum of 4 tabs. Site map - dashboard - employees - employee profile. This should all be accomplished in one tab, especially when having all these tabs open often LOCKS what you're trying to do on a new tab.

Hey there!
Giving us a list of these is extremely helpful. In 2024 R2, we cleaned up the way the screens work in vendor and customer invoices. The update opens a new tab...and when you are done, it returns you to that first tab (but the number of open invoices was not refreshed) By changing the way we opened the tabs, we were able to clean this up.
So keep the examples coming please!
