We are beginning to audit all changes to AP vendors to ensure any change is documented and verified. This report should pickup any changes to any AP vendors (Address, payment terms, names...etc).

Here are the steps:
Navigate to Admin | Security | Audit Log
Select table name of VN_VENDOR_MASTER_MC
Accept ALL for the column name and operator.
Choose a to/from date
Accept the inserts/updates/deletions checkbox.
Run it in summary and detail to see which you prefer
By the way, this start screen uses techy terms. Inserts means new records. Updates are things that were changed and deletions were as you'd guess deletions.
