Allow Users to Edit Add-Ons in Check Adjustments - PR

Spectrum allows users to edit Deduction amounts in the Check Adjustments area of the Payroll Cycle. Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes to the Add-On amounts when you are in the Check Adjustment area. If you have already had to edit state taxes for a bonus run, you have to go to the Time Card Entry to undo all the changes you made to make the edits to the Add-On within the Employee's Profile.

I've done payroll for 25+ years and I've never worked with a system that allowed you to edit an employee deduction during processing but NOT the employer expense...doesn't make sense.
