Our equipment utilization is uploaded weekly into Spectrum using the Equipment Revenue Transactions Import SDX template.
Several pieces of equipment have attachments added in Spectrum Equipment Control, which have their own charge rates, exclusive of the original equipment's rate.
When utilization is uploaded using this method, Spectrum does not recognize the attachments and they must be manually entered each week, using the Equipment Revenue Transaction screen.
This results in dozens of manual entries each week, due to the fact that one piece of equipment could be charged to multiple phase codes during that time frame and a separate entry has to be made for each to capture the attachment utilization/revenue correctly.
