Enhance Project Setup to allow for importing Change Requests with Actions 1-3 (in addition to Action #4). This includes the ability to import Revenue "R" lines in addition to Phase "P" lines. Proposed changes are driven more by the estimating system (3rd Party or Excel) than Spectrum. By the time the change is input into Spectrum, more often it will be Approved or Executed versus Proposed. This functionality already exists within the Change Request SDX. However, estimating packages do not export a file format that is compatible with the SDX template.
