When you update bank and credit card recs you will view the listing. Once you close that listing the rec is automatically updated. If you forgot to archive/save the rec, it is lost forever. Or if you want to go back into the rec for some reason, you are unable. The main thing is you lose the rec and can't archive if you close it out by mistake
