when using the renewal management in Service Contracts, if there are sites that are multi-contract, it doesn't pick them up to renew. The feature should pull ALL service contracts within the end date range regardless if there are other contracts linked to the same site. This renewal feature is very misleading as it sits today and causes unnecessary cross-referencing.
