Ability to override resident and work state disability

We work in multiple states, some of them just temporarily. Following the UI guidelines, we end up reporting wages to our base of operations or where direction and control is received since work is not localized to one state. If this is not the employee's resident or work state, we override unemployment were it needs to go but more are more states are adding disability. We manually calculate the employee deduction and use check adjustments for that piece and are doing a PR Build each week to add disability subject to and the employer tax. Then we also do a journal entry for the liability and expense side. It's a lot of extra work!!
