To help streamline reporting, and a good validation of a Terminated Employee, in order to stay SEC05 compliant having a field for Employee number would be beneficial.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I don't see any available fields when editing the Operator (under Operator Maintenance) to add an employee number.
We have that info in their employee record already. As part of our SOD, HR Dept handles the Employee record termination, IT Support handles the Operator Account being made 'Inactive'.
A possible other option would be when the employee record is Terminated, their Operator ID is also made 'Inactive' would work. Always available for a call as sometimes it's easier to show than type out.
Thanks,
Ryan Rothlisberger

Can you tell us more about this requirement?
One could always use a User-Defined field for this.
Or you could use the 'Security status' field on Employee Personal Information to store this. If you went down this route, I would recommend that you change the label using the 'Custom Labels' tool in Admin | Security. Granted, this will not change the label on any report, but it will change it on the screen.
