Allow Shared Limit to Be Used with Add On and Deduction code for H.S.A.

It would be very helpful to allow the shared limit to be used for H.SA. company and employee combined annual limits. Too bad it does not work with deduction and add on codes together. I don't quite understand why they cannot. Thanks!

The reason why the shared limits do not work with an add-on and a deduction are the simple fact that add-ons are essentially positive and deductions are negative. Add them together and they will net out each other, never hitting the limit.
