When selecting equipment on a timecard entry the department should be available to select, this way it transfers to Spectrum with no errors. Currently the errors cause double work and it is time consuming to review which equipment is being used and which job they were at to properly select the department.

Streamlining the process of selecting departments alongside equipment usage will reduce the time spent on manual reviews and corrections. Ensuring that department information is accurately captured at the time of data entry will minimize errors in job costing and payroll processing. By reducing the need for manual corrections and rework, we expect a decrease in administrative overhead and potential overtime costs associated with payroll processing. Implementing this enhancement aligns with our goal to optimize operational efficiency and accuracy within Traqspera. We believe this improvement will not only benefit our payroll team but also contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
