AP invoices that have been assigned a job, but not phase & cost type be included in reports if the "Include AP invoices in Progress" box is checked.

Good news!
The system includes unapproved invoices in Job Cost with only a job number entered. It will appear a bit strange and at the top of the report (since blank phase/ct is deemed to display first).
So as long as the unapproved invoice has the job number, it will appear in inquiries and reports when 'Include AP invoice in Progress' is selected.
