PURCHASE ORDERS SHOULD HAVE PHASE CODES ON THE INVENTORY ITEM AS STANDARD PRACTICE.

When entering purchase orders we have hundreds of items every month that need to be entered and we have 30 phase codes that we use. The part will always have the same phase code but we have to constantly enter this code for each item on each purchase order. Teaching someone to enter these data entry items daily has become a full time job and there should be no need for this. The inventory item should be set up with the phase code and it should be pulled into the purchase order automatically.
