Anyone who sends out AR Invoices that doesn't want them coming from the default "generic account" e.g. spectrum@domain.com or donotreply@domain.com" could benefit.
The idea that invoices come from somewhere like ar@domain.com would allow customers to reply with any questions and the appropriate team would see the emails and respond.
AP Remittances currently send using whatever email address the logged on user has configured. AR doesn't honor this. However, AP too could benefit from letting you set the default address so multiple people in AP don't have to constantly juggle this around.h
This has been something we've hoped for years ago when first implementing our system.
