There should be a report, or data provided on an existing report, that shows what jobs had draw reversals in which months.
If someone enters a draw in December before we have had a chance to run the backlog report for November, the backlog report not having a date option, we know must manually adjust the totals on the backlog. This wouldn't be a huge deal IF the backlog report reversed Erection and Joist & Deck billing items when a draw is reversed.
This is where a report showing the jobs that had reversals would come in handy. Not to mention, this should be a simple data sourced solution and already a report offered.
