Calculate TICKET TOTAL in materials management using at least 3 decimals so total tons multiplied by price rounding variance is minimized to fraction of penny

Each ticket total calculation is 2 decimals and rounded up. Therefore, the total tons multiplied by the price does not equal the the the total of ticket totals when added. Customers (municipalities where pennies matter) have complained the variance too great. If the calculation in the background was at least 3 decimals the variance would be at most a fraction of a penny.
