It would be helpful to have the employer paid benefits (health and welfare, pension, etc.) to populate on the Certified Payroll Report to show compliance of pay rate on Davis Bacon Certified Payrolls. I need to do this manually and have attached a Certified Payroll with the Benefits that I have added and one without the benefits. I have tried using the "Expanded" with employer union fringe however there is more information than needed in that format.

This works properly if you use union codes for prevailing wage jobs. If you set up the fringes in the union code and use wage codes to set up the wages, the certified reports should populate with the proper rates and fringes. We do this for both union and non-union jobs, and it works well.
If you are not sure how to set these up the help section in Spectrum has information, or you could ask on the Network or have a consultant help you get things set up.

Agreed. I have been asked MANY times to list out the "Other" deductions and benefits. The "New" WH-347 form actually has a spot for the fringe benefits by person. Even if you can't add this to the Certified payroll, a fringe benefits statement would be helpful to complete the other requirements. I have to figure out the 401k Match on a weekly basis for every single person on a Prevailing wage job, because it doesn't show on any of these reports ... but I still have to report it at an hourly rate for that specific job ... and spectrum does account for it in the Fringe Benefits.
