When an invoice is pulled into a delete group in AP payment processing, it shows as Applied in Open Items. A warning that an amount is pulled before the group is deleted would be helpful. Otherwise, AP aging vs trial balance is off by the amount pulled in and you cannot see the batch in the AP payment processing group dropdown because it is deleted. You have to know the batch code of the person that deleted the group.
