Enable Spectrum to automatically extract individual line items from uploaded PDF invoices and assign:
GL codes based on line-item content/vendor history
Job numbers and cost codes from job structure
Phase codes, either through AI prediction or dropdowns with user override
Right now, all line-item entry is done manually by PMs after import this is time-consuming and error-prone. Full line-item automation would drastically reduce invoice processing time, eliminate double-entry, and prevent miscoding across projects.
