We would like it so when employees or PMs upload an invoice, they can pick the job, cost code, and GL code right away using simple drop-down lists that only show the correct options for that job. This would help avoid mistakes and save AP time later trying to fix coding or track down missing info.
It would also help if Spectrum could remember past coding for repeat vendors and suggest codes automatically to make things faster.
