When creating a PO, make it easier to share costs when invoices come in. Link to different modules so costs can apply automatically across project if used or a PO is noted within processing invoices from the vendor. Example: Create a PO for a piece of rental equipment that may be intended/requested for one job, but if used on multiple jobs it should be easier and more intuitive to split amongst jobs/phases used. PO X123 is created, then equipment ID X123 is created to track usage. When equipment X123 is used on 2 different job/phases and the use is entered with a cost associated, that cost will split according to use if the two are linked. Same could be for a subcontract. If these two are linked and rates are associated based off the quoted rental prices it would be so helpful. It is a difficult and time consuming task of back and forth with external tracking and spreadsheets to edit the invoice or the PO itself to allocate as needed when changes happen or certain items are used across jobs or shared on other scopes.
