At my company we want a more formal approval process for journal entries (JEs) to implement better controls as there currently aren't any. I have just one employee I directly manage and was trying to set up workflow to approve his JEs, however it does not allow for the selection of an employee within the "Conditional upon" area where you can implement the IF characterics to be utilized within the workflow. It would be very helpful to have this ability.
