Need the ability to have the Vacation Accrual on a Pay Cycle method but only if the person has Regular, Overtime, or Doubletime hours. Currently, that limit is only possible for the Hourly Accrual method, but the same rules should be applied for Pay Cycle Accrual.
Example: If someone worked any amount of Regular, Overtime, or Doubletime, then they should receive the Pay Cycle Accrual. BUT If someone received a paycheck and it did not include Regular, Overtime, or Doubletime, and was made up of a mix of either Holiday, Vacation, or Sick, then they do not earn the accrual, because no "worked" hours were applied during that cycle, therefore they do not get the Pay Cycle Accrual.
That rule applies whether or not accrual is hourly, so why does the system not allow for that setting on Pay Cycle Accrual?
