We are looking for a more efficient way to keep the AP Routing codes on each job current. We route to Project Assistant then Project Manager. It seems there could be an easy way to make the Jobs follow the PA>PM instead of having to enter or change these AP Routing fields. Example: If one Project Manager leaves the company we have to go to every job he is the Project Manager on and change the AP Routing Codes.
