Fringes should be able to be classified as taxable or nontaxable ie Union Vacation benefit.

Because we use an add-on for vacation union benefit (so its taxed) and then a deduction to pull from employees pay and send to union. The employer paid vacation is not classified as a fringe and is not being added to the Time card with burden so therefore, the job cost which includes the employer paid vacation union benefit does not match the timecard with burden report. Was told to run an Add-on Report. Add-on report can't be run by job. I have a $1.6 million difference between the Job cost labor and the timecard with burden report in my job that is 4 years in length.
