It is possible that IRS will require the information from the No Tax on Overtime Report be reported on form W-2. Therefore, please provide a report format which goes to Excel well with one row per employee, with a column for each field already present on the standard report. This will enable users to easily lookup and import data for W-2 processing to the extent that third party providers such as Nelco or Aatrix allow. This may help all users who have employees. Since the project to create the report is still in progress, adding this report format would likely have a relatively lower than normal burden upon Spectrum staff.

Hello!
As the Treasury Department never got around to giving us guidance, we are creating a new report that explains the calculation of overtime subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (which is what OBBBA referenced).
As the FLSA only counts OT in excess of 40 hours per week, we had to make assumptions based on the employee's standard pay frequency.
This report will have page breaks by employee.
We expect this to be part of the 2025 R3 release due out in December.
