ROE SUBMISSION
When submitting an ROE to Service Canada, it would be beneficial if the submission is saved as a draft rather than being finalized immediately. This would allow reviewing before officially submitting the final version. Currently, we are having to amend every ROE because Spectrum does not correctly populate section 17A, and there is no option to upload or adjust this section prior to submission.
