We look at all of our paystubs on this website. When I go to look at a pay stub attachment, it takes me forever to get the link to pop up, I have to click the date probably 30 times and after that it usually pops up the week before paycheck that I didn't want to see. When I can get the link to pop up sometimes it just sits at a blank page forever and I have to close it out and start over. I also have a lot of complaints that my guys cannot access into the page to look at their paystub when they have the correct username and password.
This was also a problem we had on the previous site that was bought out by y'all. I just know that I had problems for a while accessing my paystubs and could only access it by the computer. I do not think this site should be so complicated for people to log into when it holds all of our paystubs and tax information.
Also, while writing this review I did not realize you had an app. I downloaded the app to see if the app would allow me to look at my paystubs better and it will not even allow me to view anything from there. If this was a possibility that would also be an awesome idea.
The sooner this is fixed the better, this has been an ongoing issue for a while.
