Add the CA DE-4 Form to Employee Onboarding
The employee onboarding experience for Viewpoint HR, which is configured in Viewpoint Team and flows into Viewpoint Spectrum provides standard forms such as the I-9 and W-4. I suggest adding the CA DE-4 form as well. Here's a link to the form: https://edd.ca.gov/siteassets/files/pdf_pub_ctr/de4.pdf
This form is required for all CA workers for their state income tax filing status. This has been required since 2020 when the W-4 form was changed by IRS. Since it's been here for 6 years now, I suspect it is safe to say that these changes are here to stay. Adding this form would streamline the onboarding process for all customers who do work in California and utilize Viewpoint HR.
