Please make the Phase column on the Subcontract Progress Billing Detail window easily seen.

Dexter & Chaney designed Subcontract Maintenance to be set up by Phase. The Phase is all-important for the Subcontractor A/P processing, much more important than the billing item number. However, in A/P Invoice Entry for a subcontract, D&C has this critical Phase column out of sight and off to the far right. Also, the window is small and cannot be expanded. The columns are fixed and locked and cannot be rearranged. I have to scroll right to see the phase, memorize which line it's on, and then scroll back left to enter the quantity. 

Please make the following changes: 

1. Put the Phase column on the far left so that this very important column is always seen. 
2. Allow the window (Subcontract Progress Billing Detail) to expand full screen to see all columns. 
3. (less desirable) allow the user to rearrange the columns in the Subcontract Progress Billing Detail window.

For example, our customer might have one billing item LS number, but we will set up the subcontractor with dozens of phases under that one item number. This necessitates scrolling right for each line item in order to find the phase. The billing item is useless since it is the same number on multiple lines.
