PO - Revision PO - ability to change G/L code, job or phasing

When you first enter a PO, you are able to make changes to the G/L code, job # or phase #. As soon as you receive against that line, no further changes to the G/L code, job # or phase # are allowed. That's understandable.

Now let's say you create a revision...maybe adding a new line to the Purchase order (making no changes to any other lines). Once you do that revision, the original PO lines no longer allow changes to the G/L code, job # or phase #...even if no receiving was done against those lines. This should be allowed on a revision. This is a huge drawback for us if the PO is coded incorrectly. We may end up with multiple lines that have to be deleted and re-added, rather than just modifying the incorrect coding.
