This is virtually a mandatory field for a subcontractor. How can you allow an invoice to be submitted without allowing the subcontractor to input their internal tracking number (e.g. invoice number) the sub can't match the invoice number that Spectrum assigns rendering this kiosk virtually useless. We are getting significant feedback from out mid to larger subs that they will not use this as they can't easily match it on the other end. Other subcontractor billing sites allow this. The lack of an invoice number also makes it difficult for our staff to respond to our subcontractors inquiry on payment status.
