Idea: EC - Enhancement request for rate column in cost transactions.

More information: If you are manually keying and enter quantity and rate, it will populate the amount.

If you only have the quantity and amount, it does not backfill the rate.

The client would like the rate to back-fill when it is not entered in Equipment Control | Data Entry | Cost Transactions.

In addition, the SDX template does not allow for a rate to be entered. They would like to have a column added to the template so they can enter a rate.

Finally, the number of allowable decimals in the rate column needs to be increased to handle up to 4 digits.
