Idea: PR Person deleted a deduction code from an employee.

More information: Given the difficulties caused by operators inadvertently deleting active deduction / add-on codes from employees in Employee Recurring Deduction / Add-on Code Maintenance, client feels there should be some form of additional protection here - a warning message at least, for codes that have history or balances, and preferably a separate security setting for deletions in Function Security, rather than the single security setting for the whole screen that we have now.

    In 2021 R3 we are adding the deduction and add-on tables to the audit log.
