Add Form Notes to Purchase Order Batch Web service

I would like to see the Form Notes be added to the Purchase Order Batch Web service.  I understand that that area has unlimited text but even if you would allow 1000 or 2000 characters, that should suffice for many of the orders created.  The Form Notes section is important to inform the vendor of issues or special requests related to the order as a whole where the line notes are (generally) for the the item at hand.  As a Subcontractor we write hundreds of POs a day and not having form notes for reference later would be a major disadvantage.
