We are a subcontractor and our GC customers are not embracing the TEAM bandwagon. For starters, it would be nice to send an email via TEAM's RFI tab. This would have the RFI, Drawing and or Attachment sent in the email, in lieu of the customer login to view the RFI. With this capability, the crew in the field could see what RFI have been sent and their status via the TEAM mobile app.
Next would be to do the same for Submittals.

We have the same problem here with owners. We are GC and work on public works projects. NONE of our customers want to sign into Spectrum to view/respond to RFIs or Submittals.
As was suggested - the best way to solve this issue is to have the RFI/Submittal included as an attachment to the email that gets sent out. This way the customer can view the RFI/Submittal directly without having to sign in.
This is a major reason we cannot fully use this product. As an electrical sub our GC and clients will not use this product as they have their own process's in place. No GC wants to sign into 2-4 different PM products to get an RFI or a Change order or even look at Issues'. Sadly almost every product we have tested has this same issue and as a sub we are kinda screwed. Its not just the GC's that don't want to use this our clients on our large T&M projects don't want to use it either which really makes things a mess.
