In the PTE Portal if a time card is removed, whether the date was wrong, Job was assigned incorrectly or what have you. The APP to whom entered the time card is not updated. Therefore they can not redo the time card or fix their mistake. We had an employee enter time for an entire week on the wrong day for 12 employee's. After we deleted the time cards he was not able to fix them as they show complete in his APP. Currently the only work around is to redo time on another device.

The PTE app should allow users to edit and delete time within the same payperiod. Service Tech has no problem with two-way data syncing. I understand that Service Tech is a completely different animal, but the techs in our company use both, and the lack of functionality in PTE is glaring.
